step 4: Insert the cup, edge up, into your vagina. It should sit a few inches below your cervix.

step 5: After that rotate it. It will snap open, forming an airtight seal and preventing leakage.

How to get out:-

step 1: Firstly wash your hand and make ensure that they are clean.

step 2: Use your index finger and thumb to reach the rim of the cup and then pull out gently.

step 3: Pinch the base to release the seal and pull down to remove the cup.

step 4: Empty the cup into the toilet or sink and wash until clean
